What Is CCM?

CCM (Case Consultation Meeting) is a monthly gathering where therapists connect as a community to discuss a focused clinical topic, share insights, and support ongoing professional growth.

This Months CCM Topic

For this month’s Clinical Community Meeting, we’ll explore treating anxiety beyond traditional CBT by highlighting ACT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. We’ll discuss how these methods can support clients who don’t fully respond to cognitive strategies and invite participants to share brief case examples where non-CBT approaches led to meaningful progress.

This Month’s CCM Topic

For this month’s Clinical Community Meeting, we’ll explore treating anxiety beyond traditional CBT facilitation by highlighting alternative and integrative approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic therapies. While CBT remains a strong foundation, this discussion will focus on how shifting toward values-based work, present-moment awareness, and nervous system regulation can support clients who don’t fully respond to cognitive strategies alone.
